THE MORTAL NOW was a collection of works which laid bare the strategies of deconstruction I employed to create new meaning from the design language of road signs and symbols. Formal shifts in the work focus on our understanding of color, scale, pattern, and directionality.
This show was part of the 2019 Indiana University Graduating MFA Thesis Exhibition. The works were on display in the Grunwald Gallery on IU’s Bloomington Campus.
